The gable insulation on our residential building at Puschkinstraße 19 + 21 has been renewed.
This was necessary due to cracks in the existing insulation, which could allow moisture to penetrate the building envelope.
The renewal reliably protects the building from the elements. This prevents consequential damage to the building structure and ensures the long-term preservation of the building's value.
With regular maintenance and modernization measures, we invest in the preservation of our residential buildings and ensure that our tenants can continue to live in a well-maintained and safe home.

Brilliant sunshine, plenty of exercise, and lots of happy children – the 16th Bike Action Day was a resounding success again this year.
At the various activity stations, the children were able to demonstrate their cycling skills, try new things, and above all, have a great time. The joy and enthusiasm of the young participants was palpable throughout the day and made the event a special experience for everyone involved.
A heartfelt thank you goes to the association "Stadt ohne Watt", which organizes the Bike Action Day with great dedication and thus puts together a fantastic event for children and families year after year.
A particular highlight was once again the support of triathlete Michael Kruse and his son Dennis Kruse. With great enthusiasm, they provided bicycles and helmets, adjusted the bikes individually, and accompanied the children on their bike rides. With their experience, patience, and dedication, they ensured that every child could start safely and with a smile. As a partner of the event, we are delighted to have been part of this successful day of action together with the Grevesmühlen municipal utilities and the Grevesmühlen association. Such events not only promote the joy of physical activity but also playfully teach children important basics for greater road safety. We would like to thank all the organizers, helpers, and the numerous visitors, both young and old, and are already looking forward to the 17th annual Bike Action Day.

The 30th Grevesmühlen Town Festival is behind us – and we look back on a thoroughly successful day full of wonderful encounters, good conversations, and unforgettable moments.
Even the traditional parade went off without a hitch despite the summery temperatures and, together with the numerous visitors, created a fantastic atmosphere in the town center. We were also delighted to welcome many familiar and new faces at our stand.
The absolute highlight was our raffle: All 500 tickets sold out completely in just 1.5 hours. But our stand was also bustling with activity all day long. Besides face painting, stone painting, and coloring pages, our abundant cake buffet, fresh coffee, and our legendary punch provided many enjoyable moments. In the end, all the cake was completely sold out.
Thanks to the fantastic support of all our visitors, we are able to present the "aktion tier Lottihof" with a donation of €1,300. We are especially pleased about this, as every cup of coffee, every piece of cake, every raffle ticket, and every drink contributed to this success.
A heartfelt thank you goes to all the helpers, supporters, and all the visitors who made this day such a resounding success. We are overwhelmed by the tremendous response and delighted that we were able to support the Lottihof together.
We are already looking forward to seeing you again at the 31st City Festival on June 19, 2027!

With the renovation of the residential building at August-Bebel-Straße 15 in Boltenhagen, WOBAG has taken another step in its climate protection strategy. The goal was to significantly improve the building's energy efficiency while preserving its historical character.
The work focused on energy-saving measures. These included replacing all windows, installing blown-in insulation in the air gap between the masonry and the roof, and completely re-covering the roof, including redesigning the dormer windows. In addition, the two attic apartments were completely renovated and modernized.
The insulation of the exterior walls and the attic has noticeably reduced the building's energy consumption. At the same time, the renovation provides a more pleasant indoor climate and greater living comfort.
Particular emphasis was placed on coordinating with the historic preservation authorities. Double-leaf wooden windows, some with muntins, were installed on the street-facing side. The shutters were also replaced with double-leaf versions, and together with the work on the roof and the dormer windows, they contribute to the overall historical appearance of the building. The building's listed status was not only respected but visibly enhanced.
At the same time, future needs were also considered: Low-maintenance PVC windows were installed in less visible areas. Modern Velux roof windows also ensure bright, usable rooms in the attic.
The renovation of the two attic apartments was completed on schedule. The three-room apartment was rented on January 12, 2026, and the second apartment has also already been let.
With the renovation of August-Bebel-Straße 15, WOBAG combines climate protection, contemporary living comfort, and the responsible handling of historic building fabric.
